- Sharetribe pricing plans and usage-based feesYour Sharetribe bill has two parts: a monthly subscription plan and a usage-based fee if you go over the credits included in your base plan subscription.
- How usage pricing worksUsage fees in Sharetribe are based on the use of Sharetribe's APIs and infrastructure. Your subscription plan included 1M usage credits, and additional usage is charged separately
- Credit commitmentsA credit commitment lets you lock in a lower price for your usage. With a credit commitment, you buy a minimum amount of credits every month for a year.
- Hold planIf you need to pause your marketplace temporarily, you can move to the Hold plan instead of shutting your marketplace down completely.
- Sharetribe's refund policyBy default, Sharetribe does not issue refunds. But we understand that mistakes can happen. Contact our team, and we will review your case.
- Manage your Sharetribe subscriptionReview your current subscription, upgrade it, or cancel it from the subscription details page.
- Legacy plans and pricing transition timelineInstead of four plans, now Sharetribe only has two: Build and Live. Usage pricing is based on infrastructure costs.
