Sharetribe pricing plans and usage-based fees

Your Sharetribe bill has two parts: a monthly subscription plan and a usage-based fee if you go over the credits included in your base plan subscription.

Subscription plan

Sharetribe offers two plans to support your business at different stages:

  • Build, for testing and building your marketplace

  • Live, for running and growing a live marketplace

Plan

Monthly pricing

Annual pricing

Build

$39/month

No annual option

Live

$259/month

$199/month

To learn more about what each plan includes, visit the Sharetribe pricing page.

It’s also possible to pause your marketplace with the Hold plan, at $49/month. This preserves your live marketplace data and places your live marketplace in read-only mode.

If you're on a legacy plan (Lite, Pro, or Extend), see the article on legacy plans and the transition timeline.

Usage-based fees

Every plan includes 1 million usage credits per month. Each API call your marketplace makes uses a number of credits, depending on the type of call. If you use more than 1 million credits in a given month, you pay for the additional usage.

Please note that the Hold plan also includes 1M usage credits and additional usage is billed separately.

Billing

Your base plan subscription is billed depending on whether you have monthly or yearly pricing. With monthly pricing, your subscription automatically renews each month on the same calendar day. With yearly pricing, your subscription renews automatically on the same date and time you subscribed.

Additional usage and possible credit commitments are billed monthly for the previous month’s usage. See examples of usage billing here.
