Below is a list of the most common Listing errors you may encounter when setting up your marketplace and how to fix them. If you experience an error not listed here, please contact our support team using the chat widget and, if possible, provide a screenshot of the error, so we can assist you in the most efficient way possible.
Outdated listing!
Error message:
This listing has a configuration that is no longer supported by MarketplaceName, so you can't make changes to it. If you'd like to keep it available, please contact the MarketplaceName team.
This error indicates that the Listing type configurations you have in Console no longer matches the Listing type information of the listing. Possible causes include:
The Listing type that the listing belongs to was deleted.
The Listing type configurations that the listing belongs to were changed. This can include the Listing type ID, transaction process and their respective settings.
To fix this error, you have two options:
Recreate the listing so that the latest Listing type settings are applied, and then delete the old listing.
Revert your Listing type settings back to their original values (if you remember them).

This error typically occurs when the Minimum provider commission is set higher than the transaction amount (after applying the percentage commission).
For example, if a transaction is $5 but the minimum provider commission is set to $6, the system cannot process it because the commission exceeds the transaction value.
To fix this error, you will need to either increase the minimum transaction size or decrease the. minimum provider commission.

This listing is currently unavailable because the listing author hasn't added their payout details yet. Please contact support.
This error occurs when a customer tries to initiate a paid transaction on a listing, whose author has not yet added payout details. To fix the error, and for the listing to be purchasable, the listing author needs to add their payout details and go through the Stripe onboarding process.
