We deploy Sharetribe, latest version on a VPS on Ubuntu 16.04.
We configure the virtual host mode enabled and production Sharetribe.
We have the error below when we try to enter to Sharetribe. See attachment
“We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.”

Hi there! It’s pretty much impossible to give you any help based on the information you provided. Can you share a bit more details? Do you see any errors in the logs?
We reinstalled everything from scratch, and this error has disappeared.

Every time encounter a problem, First thing is check log.
if you suspect this is a problem relate to Rails, check Rails log,
Passenger Problem? check passenger log.
or nginx log (if you are using nginx)
