Stripe , The payment not working)

Hi
I have updated to 7.2.0 and stripe is set up both with stripe and inside Sharetribe.
When i am trying to pay for an order i get and error Massage
I also havnt put in any credit card nr. where do you fill you Creditcard nr?:smile:

thanks for reporting!

Can you tell us a bit more?
So your Stripe API keys have been added to the admin panel, and your seller user account has added their bank account details, right?

Was the online payment system also enabled in your Order Type, and is your listing using this Order Type?

On the listing page, when logged in as the buyer, you should be able to click the Buy button and input your credit card in the credit card field.

Do you experience something different?
Could you share a screenshot of how the payment page looks like?

Hey there,

I was contacted by a user of our marketplace who couldnā€™t Accept or Reject a transaction.
We use Stripe Connect only, not PayPal.

Below is a screenshot of the message he gets. When trying to Accept or Reject, he gets a message saying ā€œNot this timeā€

Is this related to the same situation Emil_Nikkhah experienced earlier? If not, donā€™t hesitate to create a new dedicated thread, that would make things easier to search for in the future.

Iā€™m not sure to understand exactly your problem though. Can you share a bit more details?

From the photo youā€™ve shared, it just seems that the buyer clicked ā€œNot this timeā€ to reject the transaction, which seems to be what they want to achieve. (according to the message in shipping).

Do you mean that they canā€™t go past this point? Or that the reject stage always end up being selected?

Maybe you understand better what your marketplace member is trying to achieve here. If there is something wrong, did you already search your logs to see if you can find anything unusual about this transaction?
