Sphinx Config File?

I want to host Sharetribe Go on a Digital Ocean Ubuntu server.

Do I need to have a Sphinx Config File for things to work properly? If so does anyone have a sample config file?

Hi @Susan I am on an Ubuntu VPS not Digital Ocean but hopefully the installation is similar enough. I do have config/[environment].sphinx.conf which was generated automatically with the bundle install and I didn’t need to do anything to it afterwards. It’s the same on my local environment. I can attach if you already installed and it was not generated if that’s useful.

Thanks so much Rob. I was not sure if I needed to set something up to create indexes specifically for Sharetribe tables or not. In the end I just made sure that the install was working by indexing the test db and doing a few searches.
