Hi,

Kindly look into this anyone ?. We have this issue on production environment ,therefore it affects our business.

Some times on UI it shows span tag with translation missing error (it occurs randomly).
i have attached the screenshots in above message

Unfortunately I’m not experiencing that error, so hopefully another open-source user who may have faced a similar situation will be able to share their insights.

It would help if you would share what’s the language you use, what’s your website and how to reproduce it (I understand it’s random, but maybe if you could list what you did the last time you got that error, that would help already).

Hi, @thomasmalbaux

I found some clue, it occurs only with translations stored in community_translation table.
Now can u suggest something?

Thanks

HI, @thomasmalbaux
I also got these type of errors in my server logs

ERROR Errno::ECONNRESET: Connection reset by peer @ io_fillbuf - fd:27
rails : /usr/local/rvm/rubies/ruby-2.3.4/lib/ruby/2.3.0/webrick/httpserver.rb:82:in eof?' rails : /usr/local/rvm/rubies/ruby-2.3.4/lib/ruby/2.3.0/webrick/httpserver.rb:82:inrun’

Hi , kindly help @thomasmalbaux

Data stored in community_translation is only content added manually by admins (translations of category names, or filter names…). So it might be good to review them in case you have something unusual there. Have you been able to pinpoint things to one segment in particular?

No idea what the other errors are, see other thread you’ve posted.

One more thing: we (the Sharetribe team) don’t offer support for the open-source version and it’s good to also rely on other open-source users who are part of this community and share freely their knowledge in this forum. On top of that I’m on holidays these days so no need to push for an answer.
