Custom fee for seller

Hi all,
I know it’s not possible to set custom fee for seller at the moment. I am however trying to implement it. For exemple, I want seller A to have 10% fee and seller B, 0%.
Where is the commission set ? I thought it would be in payment.rb but even though I change every commission to 10, I don’t have commission_from_seller = 10 in the transaction table (stripe reads the commission from the value in the transaction table, right ?).

Do you happen to have any more information on this. We want to be able to offer commercial clients (on a one by one basis) a better commission rate that regular users and are not sure the best way to do it. Thanks - Susan.
