### Help your renters manage availability and bookings

#### Rental availability management

Suppliers can set the availability of their rental on a weekly schedule for each weekday or by the hour.

#### Daily, nightly or hourly bookings

Bookings in a Sharetribe marketplace can have availability by the day, night, or hour. Choose the one that your platform needs.

Let rental providers add several different price points to their listing, based on things like number of guests or simple add-ons.

Choose whether rentals on your marketplace can be booked only once per time slot or if providers can add multiple seats to each time slot.

Collect all the necessary information from your suppliers to send them money. Stripe conducts a Know Your Customer process for each supplier who signs up to receive payments through your platform.

#### Automatic payouts

Once a booking is over, Stripe will automatically send a payment to the supplier. You do not need to send money to anyone manually.

#### Delayed payouts for bookings

Stripe holds the customer's payment until the booking period is over. Only after a successful rental transaction is concluded will the payment be sent to the supplier.

#### Automatic commission payments

Define your [commission](/features/monetization-methods/#commission) percentage and an optional minimum commission fee in Console. Stripe automatically charges it on all bookings.
