Shipping option problem

Experiencing recurring problem in users’ listings. When clicking “buy” button I get an alert saying that “You should choose a delivery method”. I tried to edit the listings and found the users DID choose a delivery method. The only way to bypass the alert was to uncheck “pickup”. Anyone else having this problem?

Indeed in a listing that has shipping enabled, buyers have to select a shipping option first: by default, this choice is available just above the BUY button.

So this shouldn’t have anything to do with the setup from the providers, you don’t have to edit the listing to fix that.

Do you see that shipping choice above the buy button? That’s where the magic happens now!
