I tried adding an image to the welcome email, It shows in the preview but does not show when the email is sent, has anyone done this before, or has anyone encountered this issue

Can you tell us a bit more? Where is the image hosted? Is your email provider able to display images? Did you check the html content (via the <> button in the text editor bar) to see if there’s something wrong there?
